Interested In CrossFit Kids

The Youth Program is back! Classes will focus on maintaining or improving good movement patterns, body awareness, building strength and stamina (all at age appropriate levels, of course), while also building confidence and camaraderie!

Classes start Tuesday Nov 7th. 

The schedules, cost information, and sign up links are as follows:
Kids 5-8: Thursdays from 3:30-4pm. $99/ 6 week session. Limit 6 spots in this cohort. Sign up here for Kids 5-8.

Kids 9-12: Tues / Thursdays from 4:00 - 4:45pm. $179/ 6 week session. Limit 8 spots in this cohort. Sign up here for Kids 9-12.

Teens 13-17: Tues / Thursdays 5-6pm. $209/ 6 week session. Limit 10 spots for this 6 week cohort. Sign up here for: TEENS.

*There will be no class on Thanksgiving Day. Class for Ages 5-8 will move to Tuesday that week.

We have added an additional offering to our youth programs - an optional Weekend Class Add-on. This is for kids enrolled in one of our youth programs, who would like some extra time in the gym to continue to improve their skill set. This plan will allow access to the Saturday 10am CrossFit class and the Sunday Skills class.

Our coach for the kids 5-8 and 9-12 age groups, Abbie, is a former gymnast, with plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and patience. She is a Brand X Method certified youth coach. 

Our teens coach, Jon, is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Dos Pueblos High School, a CrossFit Level 1 coach, USA Weightlifting Certified Trainer, as well as a Brand X Method certified youth coach. He is excellent at motivating teens, while still prioritizing good movement patterns and age-appropriate weights.
